After my parents used that home loan to redesign their kitchen with new cabinets, they were looking for a little more to spice it up. I don’t blame them, either. They are done with their mortgage so may as well build equity in the home. They felt their home will benefit greatly from an organized pantry. Shelving is available in solid wood, stainless steel or wire components. Use every inch of space possible for efficient pantry storage.
Trying to organize small bottles, such as spices, to gallon sized juices and canned items, and every size item in between can prove to be a real challenge. However, with the proper shelving in your pantry, organization can be a breeze.
Here are a few ideas for an organized pantry.
1) Door and wall racks - these are perfect for small items such as spices, envelope mixes, or smaller baking items like muffin cups, etc. These will work on a door that swings out, but not sliding doors.
2) Undershelf baskets - these sturdy baskets slide onto a shelf and hang underneath to house kitchen linens or china.
3) Stacking shelves - these wire shelves come in varying heights and lengths, and stack one on top of the other, to help you make the most of your space.
4) A portable wine rack - if you purchase wine or other bottled items consistently, this might be a good option for storage, as long as you have the space on a shelf or under a shelving unit.
5) D-shaped shelves - these shelves are often used in an odd-shaped space for canned goods, boxed goods, or items in tins and will turn independently of one another inside a cabinet.
6) Gravity feed can rack - this is perfect for storing several canned goods. It stands upright with the highest point toward the back of the shelf. Place your most recently purchased items in the back (top) so the oldest items are used first.
7) Tier organizers - small items fit well on these organizers and enable you to see at a glance what you have on hand. They’re especially handy for storing spices.
Pull-out shelves - these are very popular and can be installed into a cabinet, hutch, or an existing shelving unit. This style of shelving is a fantastic space saver since it pulls out when you need an item toward the back of the shelf, but pushes back in for storage.
9) Turntables - these fit perfectly in several spaces and turn full circle to enable you to store items while utilizing every bit of space on the shelf.

My parents were just recently approved for a home equity loan and decided to use it for some home remodeling. The kitchen is a popular place for homeowners to remodel. It is also often a source of a lot of frustration and can be very expensive. People spend a lot of time in their kitchen. They want it to look good and be comfortable. However, remodeling the kitchen does not have to turn into a nightmare.
There are small things you can do to make your kitchen look completely different. You do not have to spend a lot that money you just got from that home loan or even a lot of time to change the look of your kitchen. One great idea is changing the look of kitchen cabinets.
The Focus -Your kitchen cabinets are a main focal point in your kitchen. They are a large part of the kitchens look and changing them can change the whole room. Luckily, changing your kitchen cabinets can be rather easy. Plus you have many options in what you wan to do. Once you change the cabinets you can coordinate everything else in the room with them and you have completed your look.
Getting Started -To begin with you need to decide what you will do the cabinets. A great option is painting them. You have a range of paint colors you can choose from. You can also add stencils or other designs to really jazz them up and change the look completely.
Make sure that choose carefully the color or design so you can easily coordinate the curtains, towels and rugs in the room with the cabinets.
Take Them Down -You need to take down all the cabinet doors and remove the hardware. If you painting the cabinets as well then go ahead and do that. Then you can get to work on painting the doors and adding designs or stencils, f you desire. Make sure to paint them a couple times so they are a good solid color. Also make sure to allow for enough drying
time before rehanging.
Put Them Back Up - Once the cabinets and doors are dry you hang them back up and you are done. It really is that simple. You have probably taken a couple days to change the whole look of your kitchen.
It is easy to change the look of your kitchen cabinets and not very expensive. Once you change you cabinets you may wish to tackle other areas, but if you do not then that is fine because your kitchen will already have a nice new look.

When you are looking for a gift, what’s a better gift to give than a nice bottle of wine? Not only is there a host of different products available, but they are delivered direct to the person you want to give to. Recently two of best best friends got married, worked out some refinancing and got themselves a home loan. So I thought what better house warming gift than a bottle to enjoy.
The gifts are always excellently presented in special boxes, and because they are delivered by the company directly there is less chance of damage occurring en route, allowing your gift recipient to receive a perfect present direct to their doorstep.
Wine gifts have moved on since the traditional idea of sending a bottle of champagne. You can now send a selection of wines from 2 – 12. You can select the vintage, colour and origin of the wine. You can select a gift package which could include chocolates, paté, or even a food hamper. It is also the perfect gift to send to that difficult to buy for person, a bottle or two of vintage wine will be well received by even the most fussy individual.
The best part about sending a wine gift online though is that you don’t have to trawl through the shops looking for the product. It allows you to avoid the sales patter of the salesperson and the queuing crowds of the checkout. You can also see exactly what is available and have to the time to look at everything before you decide allowing you to select the perfect gift. Also because you are buying online you have all the information about the product in front of you allowing you to compare gifts, read about the product and generally research the gift before you commit to buying.
There is another way in which wine gifts can be the perfect idea for a gift. If you run a business, wine gifts can be the perfect gifts for clients at Christmas or other times. They are also great as a staff incentive or if you want to reward a member of staff for being particularly productive. Not only is it a fairly inexpensive gift but it also will be appreciated by their family and friends as well.
In addition to that, you can choose exactly what you want with the guarantee that your gift will be perfectly presented and will arrive safely. Giving you complete piece of mind that your carefully selected gift will arrive on time.

The other day I was in my dentist’s office and reading through some magazines that was talking about paying for a mortgage and getting approved for a home equity loan, when I ran across this really fun post that dealt with kissing on the first date. I thought it was great and decided to share it with everybody.
When it comes to the first date with a woman that you like, having the right kind of first kiss is absolutely vital. When you kiss a woman for the first time, in many cases she is going to use that event to gauge the entire remainder of the relationship. These highly effective tips should steer you in the right direction when it comes to successfully kissing on the right date!
Keep it Private - Privacy is a big key when it comes to successfully kissing on the first date. One mistake that a lot of people tend to make has to do with choosing to go for the first kiss at the wrong time. Women are looking for a first kiss that is special, so wait until you are in a personal location before you even attempt it.
Know when to quit - There is absolutely no better way to help her realize that you are a real catch, than to be the first one to quit. If you are the one who slows things down when kissing on the first date, not only are you going to leave her wanting more, but you will be letting her know that you are in control.
Feel it Out - When you are feeling like the moment is right for kissing on the first date, you can slowly ease into it by touching lightly at her and saying something sweet. Compliment her soft hair, or her fair skin. Follow her cues, especially her smiles and the looks in her eyes, and slowly ease into things from there.
Tease her - There is nothing that women love more than a little bit of teasing. Let her know who is in charge, by allowing your lips to drive her crazy. Lean in as if you meant to kiss her, then pull away and grin mischievously at her. Keep her on her toes and turned on by using this sparingly, and keep her on the edge all evening.
Make use of your hands - Women absolutely love a little caressing, especially while kissing on the first date. You can
begin right around her ear, running your fingers through her hair and then down and along her neck and back. Slide your hand up and down like this, or use both hands and alternate between fingertips and whole hands. She will not forget this experience, guaranteed.

Now that you’ve been for that home mortgage or home loan and you bought your dream home, it’s time to decorate it. Whether you are decorating an empty home or just looking to freshen up an existing space, there are some key design basics that might help you make sure your room looks and functions the way you envision. Factors such as your budget,
lifestyle, and family size will all play a part in the design decisions you make.
Before you start shopping for new furniture or accessories, take a minute to think about exactly what you want out of your room and what limitations you might be facing. You might have structural challenges you need to work around or an existing color scheme that cannot be changed. Consider the following various factors:
Lifestyle - How will the space be used?
How many people will be using space on a regular basis?
Will the space be used for entertaining?
Does the space need to be child friendly?
Existing design elements - Is there already furniture in the room? Will it be staying?
What color are the walls? Do the walls have to remain white?
How many pieces that will be used in the room do you own already?
Does the room have adequate storage? Do you need more storage?
Possible constraints - Do you rent? If so, what kinds of changes are allowed by your landlord?
Are there any built in features already?
Are you planning on moving in the near future?
Will the room have multiple functions?
Narrowing your choices - Once you have evaluated your current situation, decide what color scheme you would like to develop. Look through magazines and collect clippings of the style you are working towards to further develop your vision of how the space will look and feel once it is finished. It may help if you draw a floor plan to help you remember exact dimensions as well as door and window placement. Once you have an idea of what elements you need, review your budget and prioritize where the bulk of the money will be spent and where money could be saved if needed. Once you have prioritized the primary elements of the room, make a schedule of the various steps involved and make sure you do them in the easiest order.
Design Phase - Before you begin choosing furniture, fabrics and rugs, determine whether or not you will be doing any structural work to the space. Changing dimensions and flow from other rooms can really alter your design choices. Once you know exactly how the room will look structurally, you can start to choose the actual design pieces that will occupy the room. Begin with a furniture placement plan that appeals to you. After completing this step you or your designer can choose styles and colors. If you have a particular focal point you will be using, such as a picture, build the room around it. Now it is time to shop. You can start with the floor, the walls, or the furniture, but it is best to select all fabrics, flooring, and paint colors before making any purchases.

Hi everyone! Welcome to my new blog…
To start I want off giving some advice for all those soon to be college grads out there:
It’s up to you now. You’ve gotta shop for yourself, keep yourself healthy, learn to cook, clean, do laundry. The list never ends.
The good news is, none of it’s really difficult. Some tips to make things run a bit smoother:
Don’t go spending all of your graduation money on Xbox games and silly stuff like that. You’ll only end up in some financial
and credit card trouble. You’ll end up like me applying for a consolidation loan or trying to get some debt consolidation. Save it up instead.
Go grocery shopping at the cheap grocery stuff. They have (most) of the same stuff, and it’s usually less expensive. No one will know, and you can save $5-10 a week easily.
ut off brand stuff if you can’t tell the difference. Granted, some stuff just isn’t good if you get the grocery store brand, but if you can’t really tell the difference, it’s cheaper to buy off-brand.
Learn to cook. Don’t always go out to eat, or order in. It’s not healthy, and it’s expensive. Eat your leftovers to save some more cash.
edicate time each week to clean. If you do it regularly, it doesn’t build up and become unbearable. Try to put dishes into the dishwasher, don’t let dirty dishes sit in the sink, take the trash out before it overflows. Simple little things like this can add up and get out of hand faster than you think.
If you don’t have a washing machine in dryer in your apartment, find the nearest one. Try to go when it’s not too crowded to get it down fast. Again, try to do this weekly so you don’t end up there for 12 hours cleaning your entire wardrobe.
Clip coupons. You can save another $5-10 just by doing this and planning your meals around whats on sale. It’s boring to do, so watch some T.V. while you’re doing it.
